Privacy Policy

FloorGuard is in pre-launch. This website collects the email address you choose to give us when you join the early-access waitlist and, if you buy a founding membership, a minimal record of that purchase. This page explains what we do with them.

What we collect

• Your email address, when you submit a waitlist form.
• Alongside it we store the optional plan you picked (Starter / Pro / Desk), the page you signed up from, an optional referral tag from the link you used (for example ?ref=...), and the date and time of sign-up.
• If you arrive through a creator's referral link, your browser remembers that referral code (in local storage, not a cookie) for up to 30 days so the right creator is credited if you join later. It never leaves your browser unless you join the waitlist or click the founding-member checkout button (then it is passed to Stripe as the promotion code and purchase reference).

We do not ask for your name, phone number, trading account details, or broker or prop-firm credentials, and we never see your card details. The free drawdown calculator runs entirely in your browser; the numbers you type into it are not sent to us.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies or tracking pixels on this site. Our hosting provider (Vercel) may process standard technical data such as IP addresses in server logs to deliver and protect the site; we do not use that data to identify you.

Founding-member purchases

The founding membership is sold through a Stripe Payment Link. Stripe (our payment processor) collects your payment details and email under Stripe's privacy policy; card details never reach us. When a checkout completes, Stripe notifies our server and we keep a minimal record in the same private Vercel storage: the Stripe checkout session ID, amount, currency, the referral/promotion code used (if any), your email, and the time. If you cancel, we record the cancellation date. We use this only to provide the membership, process refunds and cancellations, credit the referring creator, and email you about your membership and launch.

Why we collect it

Only to email you about FloorGuard early access and launch (for example, when early access opens). We will not use your email for anything unrelated, and every email we send will tell you how to opt out.

Where it is stored

Waitlist entries are stored in a private storage area on our hosting provider, Vercel (United States). Entries are not publicly accessible; only the FloorGuard team can read them.

We don't sell or share your data

We do not sell, rent or trade your email address, and we do not share it with prop firms, brokers, advertisers or other third parties. We will only share it with service providers that help us run the waitlist (such as our host, or an email-sending service when we contact you), under their standard data-protection terms, or if required by law.

How long we keep it

Until early access launches and for as long as you remain interested. If FloorGuard does not launch, we will delete the waitlist.

Deleting your email

You can remove your email from the waitlist at any time, right here. Deletion is immediate and permanent. You can also reply to any email we send asking to be removed.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA) you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use. Because we only hold your email and the details listed above, the removal form covers deletion; for any other request, reply to one of our emails.

Children

This site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above. If the change is material, we will tell people on the waitlist by email before it applies to them.
