These terms apply to the FloorGuard website, including the free drawdown calculator, the guides, the early-access waitlist and the founding membership. By using the site you agree to them.

Everything on this site, including the calculator, the guides and any rule summaries, is general information for educational and planning purposes. It is not investment, financial, trading, legal or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any instrument or to buy any prop-firm challenge. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

Not affiliated with any prop firm

FloorGuard is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by FTMO, The5ers, FundingPips, FundedNext, E8 Markets, Alpha Capital, Blue Guardian, Topstep, Apex Trader Funding or any other proprietary trading firm or broker mentioned on this site. Their names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe their published rules.

Calculator and rule data: estimates only

Prop-firm rules change often and can differ by program, account size, platform and date of purchase. Our summaries were checked against the firms' published pages on the date shown, but they may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Your firm's own dashboard, terms and support team are the only source of truth. The calculator is an estimate: firms may calculate differently (for example commissions, swaps, server time or how equity is measured), and price gaps, slippage and outages can push an account through a limit regardless of any calculation.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and does not create an account, a purchase or any obligation on either side. Features and prices for plans not yet on sale (Pro, Desk) are proposed and may change before launch, and we do not promise that FloorGuard will launch or by any particular date. Founding membership: refunds and cancellation

The FloorGuard Founding Member (early access) subscription costs $29 per month (less any promotion code you apply at checkout) and is billed by Stripe, our payment processor. It is a pre-launch purchase: the guard is not live yet and will ship first for TradeLocker accounts, with other platforms later and no committed dates.

• Fully refundable before launch. If you ask for a refund before the guard launches, we refund every payment you've made, no questions asked.
• Cancel anytime. You can cancel at any time; cancelling stops future charges.
• Promotion codes. Creator referral codes (for example, 20% off for the first 3 months) are applied at Stripe checkout and follow the terms shown there.
• No guarantee against breaches. FloorGuard reduces breach risk but cannot prevent every breach: price gaps, slippage, weekend or news opens, and platform or API outages can still push an account through a limit. We don't refund challenge fees, resets or trading losses.

To cancel or request a refund, contact us using the support details on your Stripe receipt.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no automated bulk submissions, no attempts to access data that isn't yours, and no interfering with the site's operation.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FloorGuard and its operators are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site, the calculator or the guides, including failed challenges, lost fees or trading losses.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
